Danielle Moens
Partner
Danielle Moens founded Femco in 2005. She began her career at Nashuatec, where she built up a successful sales and marketing career. After 10 years, she switched to property investment. It was then that she came into contact with coaching, which fascinated her so much that she decided to specialise in it. She set up Femco with the aim of increasing understanding of and respect for gender differences and exploiting the talents of each gender to the maximum, creating a synergy between the two.
Danielle has developed a training programme for women in management which has since been followed by over 400 women.
Thanks to spending several years living in the Netherlands and France, she has developed a helicopter view of the strengths and areas for development in these cultures. She incorporates these in her view of humankind.
Danielle is inspirator of "The Balanced Leader. Exploring the dynamics of masculine and feminine energy", published by Yin Books in 2011.
She is a certified coach with training from the School for Coaching and Leadership.
Danielle has three children.

Michèle Mees joined Femco in 2008 and is co-founder of the Centre for Balanced Leadership. Michèle supports CEOs and management teams in creating a balanced organisational culture, developing feminine and masculine qualities and improving gender balance. Her passion comes from her belief that this results in happier employees, stronger customer relations and a more sustainable, respectful way of doing business.
After a Master in Marketing at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, Michèle began her career in the advertising sector, before launching several internet businesses. After this, she was a partner in a marketing consulting firm. However in 2008, after an 18-year career, she was amazed and annoyed to find that she was still one of the few women sitting around the table when she visited her clients. It was then that she decided to help to bring about change, together with Danielle Moens.
Michèle is the author of "The Balanced Leader. Exploring the dynamics of masculine and feminine energy", published by Yin Books in 2011.
She followed "Diversiteit als Strategie" at Radboud University Nijmegen and Business Coaching at School for Coaching and Leadership.
Michèle has two children.
Pascale Ameye

Pascale Ameye built up an extensive business experience in the fashion industry in the Benelux and France. She was involved in sales, marketing and people management both in retail and wholesale and contributed to the start-up, creation and development of fashion collections for medium to large companies. In Belgium she launched and marketed fashion brands such as Caroline Biss, EDC and Cape Cod.
She decided to join Femco in 2008 to help change the imbalance she experienced within companies.
Pascale is an excellent organizer and a talented people connector. She runs the FRESH Alumni network.
Pascale has 2 children.
