Registration
After online registration you will receive a confirmation, invoice and route description to the training location.
All our fees are VAT excl. and include training materials, drinks and a healthy lunch (for all-day trainings).
Invoices are payable to our account number 734-0296511-88.
Your registration is final after we receive the payment of your invoice.
Cancellations
Cancellations of training programs are possible, only if we receive your written cancellation (by letter or e-mail to Pascale Ameye) at least two weeks before the start of the training.
We will charge an administrative fee of 50€ for any cancellations.
Cancellations received less than two weeks before the start of the training cannot be refunded.
If you cannot attend the program you are registered for, we encourage you to invite a colleague to take your place.
Privacy
If you register on our website we will keep your contact details in our database in order to keep you updated on our future activities.
You can look into your file at any time in order to change, correct or delete this information (conform privacy law of 8/12/1992).
