Effective and Balanced leadership for talented women I – Open training
The most successful training program for women in leadership positions in Belgium. More than 400 women followed this program, both in open training as in-company. 97% of the women having followed this program recommend it to other women.
Impact
You will gain insights into your values and drivers, your personal beliefs and opinions and their impact on your effectiveness as a manager. You will learn to maximize your impact through effective communication. You will explore your life balance and your energy drainers and sources. You will think strategically about your career and design your career strategy for the future.
Participants feel more empowered, self aware and stronger in their management style. They lead in a more effective, successful and inspiring way.
Day 1
- Authenticity (developing your personal leadership style based on your values, drivers, opinions, beliefs, capabilities, insights in to the masculine and feminine iceberg, self assessment)
- Leadership (leadership-management-coaching)
Day 2
- Communicate with impact (effective communication styles, personal style assessment)
- Life balance (self assessment on the 4 domains of Life Balance, identification iof energy drainers and energy sources)
- Career Management (ambitions, political game, networking, mentoring, sponsoring)
- Personal Development Plan

This program was already followed by +400 women and has proven results both in short and long term impact on the development of women’s careers.
Some of the results of this training include:

- 83% takes at least 3 personal development points away from the training
- 68% is much to very much more aware of talents as female manager
- 65% has started networking more actively
- 63% are negotiating better for themselves
