The Gender Intelligence Workshop is designed to facilitate men and women in a team to better understand and value each other, in order to be more successful together both professionally and personally.

Outcome of the workshop

• Provide participants with an analytical foundation to think critically about gender roles
• Identify stereotypes and assumptions on gender roles present in the team
  
• Look beyond stereotypes and see the individual and their values and principles
  
• Identify male and female socialization messages, which define gender culture
• Identify how gender differences affect men and women's perspectives of the work world
  
• Identify personal values that affect one's work and perception of the other gender at work
• Identify one's own actions and reactions that lead to miscommunication and other barriers to creating a productive work environment
